For molding various foundations, modular panels can be easily used. Common items in molding foundation include modular panels, inner and outer corners, punched angled iron, and pipe and fittings support such as wedge, clamp, etc.
Modular molds are used for molding pedestal and concrete-based platforms.
Modular Molds
Using modular molds in implementation of all concrete-based projects is very economical. Firstly, these molds are used in many turns (times) and secondly, modular molds are used for molding all concrete-based elements such as column, gird, foundation, etc.
Coating of these molds are of 3 mm steel sheets while punched belts an environs of molds measures 5 mm thickness in a way that hardening belts of mold is 3 – 4 mm sheet.
These molds have dimension of 5 cm, width of which are different ranging from 10 to 50 cm. These mold are manufactured in length of 100, 150 and 200 cm. Molds also are produced with porous coating with the aim of passing from between bullets which are used mostly in molding double-sided walls.
Molds of Paydar Company are produced in two 5 and 6 cm belts in a way that square meter of 5 and 6 cm belts is 40 and 44 kg respectively. It should be mentioned that this company is able to deliver modular molds with required dimensions and sizes in the shortest time possible to the customers.

If mold is considered as gird with vast load.
Because, section is regarded as non-condensed type.

kinds of Pedestal Modular Molds :
1- Pseudo- Wall Molding system
In molding patterned concrete-based walls, specific molds of star-like type are used. Implementation of these walls depends on height of concrete mixing at each stage and also being one- and/or two sides of molding.
2- One-Side Wall molding system
In one-side wall molding system, taking advantage of bullet is not possible.
For curbing side pressure of concrete, buried bullets in foundation and body of wall as well as support jacks are used.

3- Double-Side Wall Molding System
Molding walls are carried out by modular panels. For implementation of one concrete-based wall, three parameters should always be taken into consideration. Plan of molding should be determined based on the following three parameters:
- Curbing side pressure of concrete
- Height of concrete-based pressure
- Sustainability of complex of mold
System of Molding Double-Sided Wall which include:
- Modular panels are connected to each other by buttonhole wedge. Weight of each square meters of these panels stands at 40 kg.
- Double-girded bullets and/or middle caulking bullets, used for concrete side pressures, pass from middle of opposite panels and then are connected by washer to soldier. It also is connected by double-pipe washer and cock-shaped bolt to vertical support of couple of pipe. The distance of placing in horizon and height stands at 1 and 5% meters respectively.
- Scaffold pipes are located from each other horizontally at the distance of 5% meters from each other in height and are connected by middle clamp to panels.
- Soldiers are placed each other vertically at the distance of one meter from each other, for curbing hydrostatics power.
- Walking-stick bullet is connected by cock-shaped bolt and KAAS washer to soldier and connects soldier to scaffold pipe (horizontal support).

4- molding system in height
In case of height of wall, concrete mixing operation is not possible at one stage. Therefore, we have to use molding system in height. For concrete mixing operation at this stage, facilities should be used that secure sustainability of complex of mold.
By using bracket and its accessories, (including inner screw of bracket, cone-shaped of bracket, outer screw of bracket, etc.) and also by using plummeting jacks and concrete mixing platform, sustainability of molding system should be used in height. |
