1- Form Prefabricated Formworks :

These types of molds are manufactured at the request of customer. These molds depend on dimension and weight of concrete-based part. Usually, parts of prefabricated homes, water concrete-based pipes and offshore structures are mostly used in ports, waterways, ponds, etc.

These types of molds are of specific molds which are designed and manufactured based on plan and map of part. Molds of prefabricated parts are manufactured in a way that can be used in many times.
Prefabricated parts include prefabricated girders of bridges, MENHOL, curb and concrete-based pipes, etc.

2- Tunnel-Shaped Formworks :

Tunnel molds are used for lining road tunnels and/or water tunnels on dam structures and hydraulic structures. These molds are manufactured in two mechanical and hydraulic types. Sections of tunnel molds are in shapes of circle, oblong (rectangle) and/or oval.  

Tunnel-shaped molds are used for lining channels, shafts and deviational tunnels.
Tulle-shaped molds, in terms of assembling and disassembling, are categorized in two parts:

In hydraulic molds, assembling and disassembling segments of mold is carried out through using hydraulic jacks while in mechanical molds, it is carried out through suing manual and/or hydraulic jacks.
Usually, in large segments, hydraulic system is used and this is due to heaviness of segments. Using hydraulic in small molds is a very hard task technically while in inner parts mold of tunnel will create limitation.
Lining of one channel is usually of two stages. First, lining of floor is used by mold and/or SHABLON (pattern) and then ceiling and wall lining is carried out.
