Pedestal and girder Modular :

Pedestal and Girder modular mold is applied in molding joint ceilings, one-side and double girders appropriately by this system. In molding joist ceilings, we are in dire need of floor putter mold and suspension mold, the duo of which are parts of modular panels.

Molding Girder and U-Shaped Scaffold
Modular molds can be used for molding various types of ceilings such as joist ceilings and one- and double-sided girders.
Each mold has been constituted of two parts:

Connection of floor putter molds to suspended molds is taken after by outer wings and punched angled iron. In case of using outer wings, corners of girder will be in pointed shape.

In molding integrated ceilings, connection of suspended molds to u-shaped molds is taken after by inner wings.
Keeping u-shaped and girder molds are possible by overhead jacks and modular scaffolds.
