hammer-like scaffold :
Modular scaffolds are produced in two hammer-like and OMEGA types.
These types of scaffolds have been constituted from vertical basis and also from horizontal curbs in various sizes.
The vertical members of these types of scaffolds are produced in length of 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5 and 3 meters. It is regulated for each height and balance difference through placing head of regulating jacks in upper part and basis of regulating jacks in lower part of scaffold.
Installing horizontal curbs on basis of scaffold is possible simply with one strike of hammer. Connection of basis of scaffold with pin will be possible as well.
Advantages of Using Hammer-Like Scaffolds as follows:
- Facilitating and accelerating in assembling and disassembling as well as no need to spanner for fastening fittings,
- Able to be developed in plan and in height without any limitation as well as no need to fortification in very tall heights,
- Applicable in scaffolding façade of premises and buildings and/or any other refineries and installations, etc.
- Resisting against overload capacities in various dimensions
- No need to hire skilled laborers and assembling parts by a unskilled laborer
- Facilitating in transfer and/or relocation of scaffolds due to lightness of parts
- Applicable in KOFRAZHBANDI of arched and/or unleveled ceilings
